A. A flag has metal grommet rings on the fly end (the side that goes against the flagpole). It flys horizontally off a vertical flagpole. A Banner has a sleeve on the top of the vertical end. It hangs vertically off a small pole, usually a wooded 5'-6' pole attached to a house via a bracket.

A. We ship all in-stock merchandise orders the same day if they are received by 10:00 am MST. We try to stock everything on our site, but frequently we get orders that wipe out our entire stock of an item. In most cases, we can drop ship the item directly from the manufacturer. If that is not possible we must then wait for the merchandise to come back into stock. We try to keep you informed of the status of your order and when you can expect it.

A. To keep our prices low and our shipping low, we ship USPS Confirmed Priority Mail. It seems to arrive anywhere in the USA from here in 3 to 5 days. They have never lost an order, deliver on Saturdays, and they don't charge more to deliver to residential addresses. We do offer USPS' Express delivery, it is the most economical overnite available. It is not always there by the next day, though. The delivery is determined by when they receive it and how for the location is from a central hub. We are more than happy to Express orders, but please understand, once it leaves here it's out of our hands.

A. Yes, we have developed a shopping cart system to make the buying process very easy. Just locate a product you would like to purchase, input quantity and options then click 'Add to my Cart'.

Once you have selected all the products you would like to purchase, click 'Checkout'. You will be prompted for your information and the shopping cart will process your order, including taxes and shipping costs when applicable

A. Of course! Flags-etc offers a robust, high quality selection of products that we are very proud of. And, we stand behind our products 100%. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us. We will refund your credit card for the entire amount less shipping. Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of your purchase. We don't offer refunds on opened, or used merchandise. Returns require prior authorization. Returns received back without authorization will not be issued credit.
